Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Ilicode Studio (“we”) is the controller of the data we collect through ilicodestudio.com. For any privacy question, write to us at contact@ilicodestudio.com.
2. What data we collect
You give us the data yourself when you write to us. Through the contact form that is your name, email address, type of business (optional) and the content of your message. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Viber, we process the data you send us then, including your phone number.
3. Why we use it
We use your data only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and continue the conversation about working together. The legal basis is your request and the consent you give by submitting the form, as well as our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry. We do not send marketing messages without your consent and we do not sell data.
4. Cookies and tracking
The site uses no tracking cookies or advertising tools. To measure traffic we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, does not track individual visitors and records only aggregate data about visits (for example which page was opened, from which country, on what type of device and how fast it loaded). If that changes, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.
5. Who else processes data
We use third-party services to run the site and our communication:
- Formspree receives messages sent through the form and forwards them to us by email.
- Cloudflare hosts the site, manages the domain and forwards emails sent to our address. In doing so it processes technical data about visits, such as the IP address.
- Our email provider stores the messages you send us.
Some of these services may process data outside Serbia, including in the United States. Each has its own privacy policy.
6. How long we keep data
We keep it as long as needed to reply to your enquiry and work together, and afterwards only while there is a business or legal need. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw your consent. Send your request to contact@ilicodestudio.com and we will reply within 30 days at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of Serbia (poverenik.rs) or with your local data protection authority.
8. Changes to this policy
We update this page from time to time. The date of the latest change is always shown at the top.
